As an artist who grew up in the city of Nashville, Sage has learned what it means to utilize the city and the various demographics that roam within. They began photographing in 2012 with a small Samsung NX300 and a tripod from their late grandfather, left by will.
Today, Eubanks explores connections in human behavior with the intention of understanding psychoanalysis and its theories within their practice. Drawing direct inspiration from their journal of dreams, they uncover visceral and atypical moments encompassing them.
This “city voyeur” observes with a code of ethics twisted by nightmares created by the subconscious.
